How buying from us works
Pay online, securely. Orders are prepaid through Razorpay, by UPI, card, net banking or wallet. Cash on Delivery is not available at present.
Free delivery across India. We ship through Shiprocket and its courier partners. Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment and delivered within 5–7 working days of ordering to most of India, or 7–12 to remote areas. See our Shipping Policy.
Tracked all the way. We email you the courier and tracking number when your order ships, and you can check it at any time on our Track order page.
6-month warranty on the motor and battery, against manufacturing defects. See what it covers.
Returns. If your scooter arrives damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we put it right, with free return pickup. See our Return & Refund Policy.
Built to be repaired. The display, throttle and headlight are plug and play, so you can replace them yourself, and spare parts are available on request.
